The Golden Gate Spiritualist Church announces with profound sadness the passing into spirit of our pastor, Reverend Delaney Lauderback. Rev. Del discovered Golden Gate Spiritualist Church in the mid-1960s and always credited the teachings of Rev. Florence Becker, the founder, for the turnaround that saved his life. Rev. Del became our pastor after many years of being in service as an assistant pastor, assisting with the church lyceum, and publishing books about Rev. Becker's teachings and Spiritualism. He was a fine scholar, an excellent teacher, an effective healer and a wonderful storehouse of knowledge of Rev. Florence Becker. Rev. Del was a devoted and effective Spiritualist. He was predeceased by his wife, Engeltie Lauderback and is survived by his loving family.
